The Japanese ice breaking ship Jlo, which is stuck in the Antarctic sea with an engine out of order and people on board taking off their to freezing cold weather, was designed in the style of Craig Mullins. A large number of oil painting techniques were used for color fields, brushstrokes, and watercolor effects. The composition adopts symmetrical shapes, presenting strong contrast between light gray snow-covered mountains and dark blue ocean waves. It has an atmosphere of mystery and danger.
